Ana Dobrian

Ana has been a lifelong hockey fan, but she didn’t grow up playing and had no idea how to get into the sport as an adult.

What started with learn to skate classes turned into late-night beginner skates, locker room friendships, and eventually building women’s hockey communities in New Jersey.

She also founded the Pink Pony Hockey Club, a women’s recreational hockey community focused on inclusivity, confidence-building, and making the game feel accessible and fun for all levels.

Professionally, Ana works in the music and live sound industry, where she’s built a career around community, leadership, and helping people find where they belong — values she brings directly into Jersey Birds Hockey.
